    There isn't really a 'new clients' department but there is a department that will provide an outgoing 'welcome call' to make sure everything is ok. Or ask away on here and see if anyone knows?

    I work in Cust Serv too so pretty limited, basically regarding price matching and new connections :)

    dont think we price match on new connections, when connecting on the system i think that it will only let you connect onto the standard tariffs that we have
