In current times what is the best place to invest money?

When you come on to a forum and give your contact details, advise people looking for low risk investments to go in to property (something you just happen to deal in) and invite them to contact you off-site for advice on how to invest, that's most definitely spamming.
If you can't understand why telling someone who is looking for a safe home for their money to look into foreign property investments is immoral, then you are probably either lacking in compassion or you are woefully underestimating the risks associated with foreign property. In either case it doesn't exactly make for a particularly good recommendation!
Finally, you're right about this being the wrong place. This is NOT somewhere for you to generate leads. This is a forum where people come looking for very generic investment advice, and the core ethos of the forum is to save money, then invest wisely. Dropping all money into property and nothing else (as you said in another post) is called speculation, and it is not a smart way for someone to invest their life savings, especially if they are to pay off the mortgage at some point in the relatively near future. You made absolutely no effort to determine the goals of the investor, ignored the request for information about safe places to invest, and plugged your own business for reasons that can only really benefit you from what I've seen.
Can you see why some of us regular visitors might take exception to that?
Thanks for taking the time to reply.
I wasn't looking to generate leads by putting a post. The lead will only come if someone thought of it as an option, and if they decided to speak to me and get all the facts and figures behind what I may have to proposet, hat's when I'll be interested in knowing the exact needs/concerns/budgets of each individual.
As far as the reply is concerned, I was giving my honest opinion that investing in property in general is the best way to make money or invest. I do it whenever I have savings, and I ask all my friends and family member to do it, regardless of whether they come to me or not to do it....
In any case, we don't have any development in build in China or India or Brazil, even though I think they are great market to invest in and get great returns.
If pple don't want to go abroad with their investments, I still think "property investment" is best. They'll have to work very hard finding the right one in the UK, but if they are looking for my advise on investment, that's what it is today, irrespective of my role.
Apologies for offending many in my initial posts. I hope it's clearer now.
On another hand, I'll be happy to listen about returns suggested in other types of investments such as stocks, time share, bonds [etc...] and the risks/fluctuations associated with it, as well as minimum entry point and amount of work required to manage such an investment, or fees to have them managed on my behalf.
Thanks,

Rammah, start by looking at Blackrock UK Absolute Alpha and Invesco Perpetual Income. Entry cost is anything from 50 a month and management work is minimal, while the growth potential is better than the typical UK long term property return of say 8%. Far better risk diversification as well.0
