I took out a mobile contract on May with E2 Save(Carphone Warehouse) on vodafone network. They have been advertising Stop the Clock so i thought i would subscribe.
Today i have had a letter stating that because i have subscribed to this service i have agreed to extend my airtime agreement by 6 months. I was not told of this extension when i subscribed as i wouldn't have bothered. I telpehoned them and was told they would have to listen to the recording and they would get back to me.
Any other advice would be appreciated
Thanks in advance

I think if your out of contract or have been with them for more than 12 months then you don't extend your term but if you have just joined then it is extra, i'm not sure though.
Does seem daft though.0
