    Hello there,
does anyone know how to beat the banks on charging orders etc? I have been to a hearing about an installment order and a letter came back from court which mentioned judgement forthwith and which makes it unfortunately easier for the Bank to get a charging order? As I am not giving up easily I wonder if anyone can offer me any advice on this at all?

    Thank you very much

    Hi JE, welcome.

You would probably be best off starting a thread on the DFW Board where everyone could have a look :)

It doesn't need "famous" people - it's the group together that makes it swing, not the individuals.

I know you're right (as ever Z!) but it would be wierd if we all turned up and the only person anyone had ever heard of was you!

It'll be great.... not sure i want to wait til Summer now though!! but it'll be a nice something to look forward to.

Anyway Scots are hijacking the thread (or at least i am!)

    Any more suggestions...........

That's not bad at all PaP!! It would be about £40 including the taxes if I can book far enough ahead and snaffle 1p flights - although there are always plenty of 99p and £1.49 ones to Glasgow !

I'm up for Glasgow; absolutly; but the summer hols end quite early august this year. I know Edin & Glasgow kids have slightly different holidays from the rest of scotland though!

There's loads to do there and have some numbers for comfy hostels as well.

You have to wait for a nice summer's day if we're going to Scotland. Either of them will do...

If London is on April 13th I can't come, I'm in the US. Otherwise I'll try my best to turn up to wherever the next one is.
