    Yes, PaP, there is a train from the airport into the city centre. Takes about 30 minutes or so if I remember correctly.

    It's 1p each way for me at the moment to come up on the 28th and fly back on the 30th!!

    There are loads of bars etc we could meet near the station, although the station 'concourse' has shops/coffee places etc where we could meet.

    I'll be coming. If we fix a date, I'll see what the trains are like. If they're no good, I can just drive. Edinburgh is 2 hours away - i.e. quicker than Blackpool - and I suppose Glasgow will be similar.

    Won't be able to make the 29th of March, we are v busty at work and won't be able to get the time off :( ....... Might *she says tentatively* be able to get time off for the 5th Apr (is that the date for London)... but will have to check + check childcare......

    It would need to be somewhere like Leeds or Hull for me to have a hope of getting there .... I can't travel any further than that with 3 small children. Leeds is 120 miles round trip as it is!

    Unless you all fancy coming oop north to the seaside???
