Can I clarify something for those planning on coming to Scotland - if it happens... if you fly Ryan air then you are actually flying to Prestwick although it says Glasgow Prestwick and there is easy access to trains as you just walk across a bridge (also used to be free rail travel anywhere in scotland if you showed flight details not sure if this is still the case), other airways do fly into Prestwick too but if you fly to Glasgow (the proper one) you would have to get a bus or taxi to Paisley to get a train but there maybe a bus into Glasgow.
It's the Ryanair concept that they use the city name nearest - Beauvais being Paris...

I'm happy to wait a while as i was chancing it on the domestic front going to Liverpool one week and to the meet the next.................. (means i can put those sexual favours away now, i'm not going to need them!! was planning on using them to get my own way! lol)

June 7th is okay by me... too far in advance to think otherwise.

Sarah seriously if it would work out cheaper or better come to mine... we can collect you at the station (it would be parkway though as temple meads we cant drive to) then we can fly together :D. :rotfl:cant wait for that, i have never flown in my life so i am unsure how i would be
I'm sure u'll be fine...... its only the landing I don't like, but if I take travel sickness pills I am fine..... my first flight, I went to New York, and threw up all over a really poshAmerican lady as we landed - I was laughing, suprisingly she wasn't!

it's a good way to start flying - you're basically taking off and then ready to prepare for landing so not much time for getting scared or sick on internal flights!

honestly the cost of trains are shocking!!! Is it any wonder people don't bother and take their cars!!!

Even if you get half back in Piggy points, you still end up paying a fortune!

When i go to Liverpool in March, i'm/we are driving as the trains are shockingly expensive and you have to change like, 6 times, and even get on a bus!!

B*gger the environment when driving is so much less stressful!
