Primus. When did you last have a bill?

I just called Primus, firstly they were unware of the problem !
Then On Hold.....transferred to another department......"Yes Sir, we are having techical issues and we are now reloading the bills, please allow couple of hours or latest by tomorrow morning you can view your bills."0 -

very poor customer service.All I ask is the chance to prove that money can't make me happy.0 -
A change of explanation now:A large amount of the bills that were sent out were sent out with the wrong charges on two particular dates. As a result we have called back all the bills we have sent to be calculated again. We will be sending them out in their amended form next week. The payment date will also be later as a result of this.

Primus TelecomTime has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.0 -

Have now had second bill from Primus (January one vanished) both the same £5.00 - cant access ebilling - joined in Nov 07 - know I have made many many calls and now worried I will get an enormous bill - can't get any sense out of anyone on phone line - anyone having similar problems - any solutions???0

Last bill 15th Feb here, which was about 6 weeks later than normal and contains calls from 15th Nov-14th Dec. Nothing after that.0
