Hi all
I use Primus as my carrier pre select. I've been with them since Apr 05 and never really had any major problems. My bills would normally be ready to view online somewhere between the 25-28th of each month. However late last year the dates shifted as follows....
Jul 25th
Aug 28th
Sep 26th
then nothing until
Nov 5th
Dec 3rd
and then absolutely nothing at all since yet I know I've made chargable calls. I have two friends who are also with Primus and they haven't had a bill since early Dec either.
I know alot of MSN regulars also joined Primus like me when there was the attractive incentive offer through u-switch.
Have any of you had a bill recently??

I phoned to get my bill total, so i know what the amount is, (but no idea when they will take it from my bank), i was told that the bills would be online not long after that, but that was towards the end of last week.
MY billing dates were the same as Canny_mal that was very helpful when you have to budget where your money goes to every month, and to be honest, it isn't very ideal not knowing what your bill will be, or when they intend to take the money.
What with using 0845, mobiles etc, there is always this extra cost, that goes above the package that i have with Primus, plus if the invoice dates change, will they be looking for a higher bill as it may be for a longer billing period, if taken from date of last bill to delayed bill etc etc.
Primus are supposed to have moved offices, so perhaps they have moved the billing dates, it would of course, been nice to have got an email informing of the changes, and when they now intend to bill, and approx bank dates etc.0 -
I keep getting reminders from Primus for non payment after one of my direct debits to them automatically expired due to non use (there had been a large credit on the account)
Even though, I set up a new/replacement direct debit in December, I still get these.. on calling Primus I was told their billing system had been having some problems.. and so they had not generated any bills until they had resolved the issue..
It seems that they are now a month behind in billing - but their should be a bill run pretty soon..

Just had my first bill from Primus (joined Nov 07). E-mail gives the amount but can't actually see the bill online as there seems to be some java related error with the web site.“I look like Spiderman at a funeral”~ Karl Pilkington0

I've consistently received monthly online bills. Just received my Jan bill but also can't access because of a similar error/:mad:0 -
BritBat, can get that far but as soon as I try to actually access my bill it bounces out. Tried at work and at home, firefox and IE - still 9 weeks for £1.40 worth of calls I shan't be complaining.“I look like Spiderman at a funeral”~ Karl Pilkington0
