Hi Donna, just echoing the others, you looked great and were very clear and confident :) How much work did you do with Martin behind the scenes?

  • Hi Donna,
I watched the show this morning (ended up being late for work because I was glued!). You came across really well, and I bet lots of people identified with you.
Best of luck on your debt-busting mission!

PS Is your hair always that shiny! It looked great!

Hey Donner, you were fab, eloquent and you looked great. I was a little tearful at the beginning. You must let us know when you are on again. Did yo hug Martin when you saw him or did you just weak at the knees? Lenny

Hello everyone! I can't believe what an amazing response that the show has had from the peeps on here! I have to say I am really touched by everyones kind words, I truly am. You are all soooooo lovely :T

It was mega weird watching myself on the tele, I was so embarrassed at the state of my house, but I was very pleased with my make up! I am lucky, my hair is like that all the time, but I do have to spend an AGE straightening it in the morning as it usually kinks out! That was way more make up than I have ever wore before, but I loved it! I did get a hug and a kiss before he went :D he truly is an amazing guy, so friendly and really put me at ease! I had a chat with him before the show and afterwards too. I have a lot of hard work coming my way but it is soooo gonna be worth it! I am off to watch him on Channel 5 in a mo and look out for IA! I have also just got his new book, bargin £3.49 on Play...so hope to have a looksie at that too this evening. I am pleased with myself as yesterday start of diary was a no spend day and today I had to get food for a meal I am cooking for me a one of my girlfriends...she brings the wine and chocs and I do the cooking! I managed to pay for most of the food with nectar points so ended up spending 68p. Yay! :T Was sooo chuffed cause if that was to be a normal day, I would have spent a load on junk, e.g. brought a drink and sweets to eat on the way home for both me and DD and I know I would have ended up looking at the clothes, I know supermarket clothes can be very cheap in the sales and normally I would think 'oh a few quid won't hurt' but it really does make a difference. So I went in and only brought what I needed! Miracle! But this is it from now on...for a very long time!

Right I am off to get a cup of tea and watch the lovely Martin in action! Will be back in a bit, take care all xxx

Thanks Triker! That's ok, my brother has got in there first! Have you thought about ebaying yours? You might make some £££?
