Bournville - honest!
It's pure cocoa (which drinking chocolate isn't)
You get a much more chocolatey taste - and you get to control how much sugar you add in the recipe... unlike drinking chocolate which is loaded with the stuff. I use Green and Blacks cocoa powder. It isn't as cheap as Cadbury's but I find it's much richer so you don't have to use as much.0

Snap!
I also use G&B as it's 100% pure organic cocoa powder, no sugar or nasty fillers, plus it's also a Fair Trade product so at least the farmers are getting a decent price for their cocoa beans, unlike from Cadbury's et al“You can please some of the people some of the time, all of the people some of the time, some of the people all of the time, but you can never please all of the people all of the time.”0 -

Yes, that's my main reason for using it too, and why I splashed out in the first place. Green and Blacks chocolate in general is so yummy though, and I very rarely have to buy any as one big bar of Maya Gold lasts as a few snacks when I'm very tempted to eat chocolate and as I like it so much I find loads of people buy it for me!0 -
