rear view mirror... opps!

called into halfords earlier....they do have it, loctite rear view mirroe glue £3.99, on the section with the ohter glues:)

Just before Christmas my Rearview mirror fell off, thinking my husband would get upset I didn't tell him and tried to fix the problem myself. Being of the female kind, didn't think and I stupidly used Superglue - this obviously not working and now nothing will work, can anyone recommend how I could rectify this?

I stuck mine back on in 2 previous cars using double sided tabs by 3M, available in most DIY shops. Cost a few £ and the mirror never fell off again.

The only thing to remember is to clean the area on the screen with an alcohol based non-residue cleaner.
