Dial a Phone are Muppets

Can somebody tell me why Dial a phone dont tell people that they cant Port there number to O2 or Vodafone.

I phones Three today to get my PAC code .......... after 50 minutes on hold etc i got it.

Phoned o2 sorry we cant port numbers for phones bought with dial a phone.

I phone dial a phone yeah sorry we cant do that.

Now ive got to go through all the crap to send it back

Dial-a-phone don't migrate, not sure why but they never had done probably get more commission for new customers without migration costs.

i had three phones; one orange and two 3 and the porting to these went fine. must be something to do with their O2/vodafone deals?

If there's one company out there that I would NOT recommend - it's Dial-A-Phone! I've used them twice and both times I was very dissatisfied. Veeeeery long waiting times to get through and speak to someone and both times for one reason or another, I was left without a phone for at least 2 weeks. I truly believe it's the worst blue-chip company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
