Latest Superdrug 3 PAYG prices

Just thought I'd report on what I gleaned when going down my local high street today:

The following are the crurrent prices of PAYG handsets in tehir stores (at least they are current in the Edinburgh Princes Street store):

NEC E228 £39
Motorola A835 £45
NEC E616 £69
LG 8110 £69

All of the above include the cost of a mandatory purchase of a £20 voucher (£15 calltime voucher + £5 add-on which, among other things, can be also used for additional calltime at the £15 voucher rate - or so the Superdrug sales person assured me).

Now, the two deals that jump out at me are the NEC E228 for its downright cheapness and the LG8110 which is an astonishing price as its more expensive brother (the 8120) apparently only has extra memory, yet costs a good £100 more.

For anyone wanting to get the best out of the latest E2Save Nokia 7600 contract deal doing the rounds - one thing you could do is to sell your Nokia 7600, buy an E228 or LG8110 from Superdrug, and sell the PAYG SIM & voucher.
