    You could phone and try asking her to pay cash for the damage. If she refuses remind her that she has broken the law by leaving the scene of an accident! ;)

    True, true. I think i will just leave it. She can sort out her own stupid mess and leave me to pay for the mess she created and the mistake i made to not look into the insurance, rather than put it into a pile of paperwork that never comes out unless i need to sort out my car tax.
    My final words to her were, i will see what my mother law thinks & call her depending what she says. Do i have to call her????
