Has anyone got their refund yet from the Eisberg offer, who also applied for last year's version please? Everything about the promo seems identical to last year's (except the closing date, obviously!), so I'm not sure whether I can do it again this time around. Thanks.0

thanks Destiny33 , was thinking of sending the barcode, that would be the same as the promo packs? The receipt is for the correct product, think I must have managed to pick up the only non promo pack there. Or I could cut out the highland spring logo? May go and have a look in tesco to see which bits of the pack are the same.0

Is everyone getting their money back on the Bourdeaux TMF? It must be costing them a fortune.Even if you are a minority of one, the truth is the truth.0

Also found mine in Tesco stacked by the tiils. Annoyed that it costs £3.48 but the max refund is £3.15 plus you need two stamps. What a cheek!
I think I will wait for my cheque before I complain though LOL
Marysmid29 wrote:Found a new TMF on Highland Spring still water, 12 x 330ml "for kids" multipack. Have seen it in Tescos and Sainsburys. Send an (unspecified) "part" of the promotional packaging, your TR, an SAE, and at least 15 words about what you thought of the product. Apply within 14 days of purchase, final cd is 30.11.05. Handling house is MKM, max refund is £3.15.
Just found this site today and am slowly working through all the posts; I see that there has been some discussion about having to send up stamps to MKM (especially!), and postage not being refunded generally! For anyone interested, the industry code of practice states that for an offer to be described as "free", a consumer must be asked to pay no more than the current public rate of postage to respond to the offer, plus the true cost of delivery (no charge must be made for packing, handling or administration). So unless anyone wants to be particularly pedantic and argue that the need for us to send an envelope as well as a stamp for the return of cheques constitutes a contribution to their "packing" charge, MKM (and others) are just about within the rules. But I'm sure they realise that, which is presumably why they do it!!“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Every day will allow you, --will invite you to add something to the pleasure of others, --or to diminish something of their pains.”0 -
Is this thread for posting sole try me free's or are we sharing info on those products that state "if you are not 100% happy with this product then please return for a refund..." if that's the case, Tesco are open to offers as all their own brand products state this.Who made hogs and dogs and frogs?

Don't know. I know when I've found faulty Kit Kats (missing wafers etc) and the like before I've just returned the packaging to Nestle as I really didn't fancy sending a chewed piece of chocolate to prove the wafers absence.
Worked fine with them...but worth finding out the answer to if Tesco want the majority of the items returned. Harder on some products than others though to kepp the entire packet of goods.Who made hogs and dogs and frogs?

Not sure this is in true 'Moneysaving' spirit. It's fine to return the goods if they are faulty. As you would need to return the product not sure what you are gaining anyway.
I think alot of you are abusing the rules with your returns on this thread. It is only fair cop if the deal is TRY ME FREE...
