Old Clever Trevor is a great poet, but not much help!!

Take your receipt back to the customer services desk and explain the problem.

They will give you official hand written receipts for each product to send in.

Ooh, ta LM. Pity I missed it when I was in there today - will have to look next time.

I spotted one in Tesco earlier too. I think it was Honey Nut Shredded Wheat but check for yourselves - whichever cereal it was, it says on the front of the packet something like "moreish or we'll give you your money back". If you try it and don't like it you have to send the form back saying why you didn't like it and I think it said they'll refund the price and the cost of a 2nd class stamp.

I didn't buy one myself as my kitchen's overflowing with cereals at the moment thanks to the Eat for £1 offer so I'm just trying to remember the details off-hand.

You don't need the special neck label to take part in the offer. you just need a receipt. here's the details for all you who can't find the special packs;
