The application I think has to be on the official application form i.e the outer packaging of special packs.
You need to say in 15 words or over why you didn't like the taste and send it together with your till receipt to
Kaliber Money Back Taste Offer
Dept 2469
PO Box 77
Aylesbury
HP19 9RP
only one application per household
I thought it tasted ****0 -
A possible answer to the flat 999 problem ....
give your house a formal sounding name.
Something relatively meaningless and trivial
"Martin House" ?? ;D
You could then have a substantial number of flats at that address (think BIG, think high-rise) OR a substantial number of company names with a large number of employees 8)
How about:
Joe Bloggs, Dept. Quality Control, MS Experts, Martin House, Upmy St., Upsidetown, Deadfordshire...

Most of the refunds are cheques so you have to use your own name to be able to cash them. I find using friend and relatives best, most don't bother with 'try me free' or free samples so are quite happy for me to use their names and addresses. They give me the cash and put the cheques into their accounts. I think they find me amusing or sad0

You could use your own name, together with your friends addresses, then when the letter arrives (addressed to you), they'll know its just another of silverladys sad wheezes, and redirect the envelope to you.0

I agree that would be easier, but I wonder how many people do claim their money back? Would the same name turning up say 10 times be noticed? I wonder.
Also I get a cuppa tea or coffee and a chat when I visit to collect ;D0 -
Can you send the stubble back too?
Trev ;DI am NOT a mortgage & insurance adviser - or anything to do with finance, that was put on by the new system I dont know why?!0 -
Regarding using your own name...
If you have a name that has spelling variants or shortenings then use those. I have a very unusual surname (in 't Veld-Brown) and my first name is Anthony so I have a multitude of options!
Many British institutions' databases cannot handle my surname so I get a varity of spellings (Veld-Brown, Brown, inni Velo Brown???) along with the more normal variants of Anthony (Antony, Tony, Toni etc) and I have never had a problem with paying the cheques into my account.
As previously stated by Mike, you could combine these with different flat numbers, but it depends on how much of a brass neck you have.Better to die on your feet than to live on your knees!0 -
Ecover biological washing powder 30 washes £3.93 in Tescos 'your money back if you don't love this ecover product' valid until 31 March one application per household, till receipt required.0

Also, the Batchelors savoury rice are in Safeway too.
You have to send an sae to claim the money back on the rice, it's not a freepost address, so it takes two stamps to claim the money back and they only refund one. So it's not the try-for-free it claims on the packaging, but you only find this out after you've brought the product.
And you definitely need to get the try-for-free Solo salt to go with it, because it's tasteless stuff. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
I looked for the Flash orange degreaser, and i found the last one with a special 'Try me for Free' label.
You DO NOT have to send a coupon/barcode for this, only the receipt & your name & address, so if you can't find a special pack, here is the address...
Flash Try me Free Offer, Dept 1112, FREEPOST ANG 8107, Diss, Norfolk, IP98 3SP
Just to make sure you have the right one... the product is '500ml Flash Ultimate Orange Spray' (called 'Flash Degreaser' on the front label, barcode 5413149095830).
Happy hunting!
ps Has anyone else tried the Ainsley Harriott tea-bags... I think that you need at least 2 bags to make a decent cuppa!Better to die on your feet than to live on your knees!0
