mhawkshaw wrote about trying to get a refund out of Nestlé:
They're pulling your leg.
Nestlé UK Ltd is the promoter of this offer.
This is in the smallprint of the offer:
Promoter: Nestlé UK Ltd, St. George's House, Croydon
Get back on to them and ask them to now pull the other one!
(I had a result after asking for a manager on that freephone number - he arranged a cheque direct from Nestlé within days, and he rounded it up!!)
I contacted them again after not getting anything after my last call and a result! They posted me a cheque for £3 as a goodwill gesture. I didn't complain or say that I had called previously. I just said politely how I had not received anything and the person on the other end said how they'd had trouble with the company doing the promo for them. ;D0 -
I sent my receipt away for Flash Orange Degreaser months ago and I have received nothing. I called the customer care number on the Flash bottle last week and they put me through to the company who were dealing with the cashback. the woman checked my address details and said they had not received anything and there was nothing she could do. I complained that I didnt have another receipt to send and she wasnt very helpful Eventually she said I could write in amd gave me an address. I havent bothered as it means another stamp and I still may not get anything under their terms and conditions.
Has this happened to anyone else?0 -

RE: Yoga Girl
Most of the offers specify the refund time in T&C
The most common one is 'Please allow 28 days from receipt of application for receipt of refund'
But usually between 2-3 weeks0 -
Thanks conan
Hope my cheques start arriving soon!0
