Tried the Eisberg Non Alcoholic Chardonnay last night

I quite liked it but not enough for me to ever pay for the stuff!

managed to  get   my  LISTERINE  from Superdrug   and included  in  each pack was a  free pack  of Listerine  Actives,,,,, the   new style  mints that are a little piece of vinyl.

I believe the Actives along are about 70 or 80p  so an added bonus.

TMF PACKS ALSO IN KWIK SAVE ON OFFER AT £1.25 INCLUDES FREE PK OF LISTERINE ACTIVES.

THEY ALSO HAD PARAZONE BLEACH ON OFFER AT 59p BUT INCLUDES A 50p VOUCHER INSIDE THE LABEL SO ONLY 9p A BTL!

I don't believe that! And I really don't believe that it is worth £2.99 - I tried it and it's horrible!  :-X

Was this written on all of the labels, as I didn't notice this! I tried the 'Chardonnay' one. I know it's alcohol-free, but I've tried some very good alcohol-free wine in the past, and this wasn't one of them!

I will be very annoyed if they don't refund me or at least return it to me for me to sign!  >:(

I sent one application off for this and have received my second refund cheque today, i'm still not sure if it was worth it ;D

I got my application and receipt back from Mr Muscle Multi Task Cleaner with no cashback cheque as I had only written 14 words about the product instead on the required 15.


Grrrrrr. I added a word and sent it back. It cost them a first class stamp to tell me this (and it cost me another stamp to resend it , grrrrrrrrrrr).

I'm always amazed these large companies want to be in danger of souring their customer relations with such pettiness. I hope you gave them a well-chosen word!

I added the word 'stains'. Which I thought summed my opinion of their pettiness towards their customer service.

The lesson is to follow the terms and conditions to the word. 'Stains' in this example.

I haven't had my refund from Rachel's Yoghurt. They haven't replied to my attempts to contact them about this either. I used to eat their yoghurt regularly but I am boycotting it until they pay up.
