When you fill in the form attached to the neck of the bottle it appears they just want name address and email address, but if you read the terms and conditions 5 it says "Your claim must include your name and address, SIGNATURE,and proof of purchase"
Point 7 of the terms and conditions says "Incomplete applications will not be processed"
So don't forget a signature.
Is this a crafty way not to pay? :-/

Please remember with all these you need a till receipt to claim, so if buying more than one at the same time get till receipts for each.

Also, it might seem obvious but these are all one application per household, so I ask and use friends/neighbours/relations addresses (who don't want to claim themselves ) and get several of each item free.

I don't believe that! And I really don't believe that it is worth £2.99 - I tried it and it's horrible! :-X

Was this written on all of the labels, as I didn't notice this! I tried the 'Chardonnay' one. I know it's alcohol-free, but I've tried some very good alcohol-free wine in the past, and this wasn't one of them!

I will be very annoyed if they don't refund me or at least return it to me for me to sign! >:(

In Superdrug today SOME (about half) the packs of Gilette Venus women's razors had a band with a "satisfaction guaranteed or your money back" promotion - think you have to write and tell them why you didn't like their razor to get a refund.

Years ago my late husband tried to get some new razor blades from Gillette,he was a poorly paid erk in the RAF so he wrote saying how great their blades were and how one blade had lasted him 3 months .They sent him one blade by return and said have another three months supply.
