Dial a Phone Issues, no free gifts!

Im just wondering if anyone can help me with this problem..

The situation is that dial a phone have not sent me an item that came bundled with my phone plan. I received a letter to inform me that, "Due to exceptional and unforeseen demand, we have temporarily run of of these accessories."

Also in the letter it states clearly to allow 14 working days for the item to be delivered. 11 months have passed and i still have not received my item.

They claim to have dispatched them out to me in February last year but when asking for proof of delivery tey have not got back to me.

What can i do?!

    Keep on at them - but why have you waited nearly a year to query this?
  • I really don't know. I suppose i gave up on them.. but seeing as though I am having an upgrade, so im in another contract for 12 months, i thought it would be worth a try following it up :think:

  • It was a 12 Month contract deal and it was 'bundled' with a leather pouch, carry strap, earphones, and a bluetooth headset. Surprise surprise i didn't recieve the bluetooth headset!

    Dial a Phone haven't emailed me back either, I tried the sales line but I was spoken to very rudely by some guy saying "Sorry, you've got through to the sales department so I presume you want to buy a phone?" etc. I got quite annoyed that I couldn't talk to anyone about the problem so I just shouted at him and telling him to put me through to someone! lol! :mad:

    Well 'shouting at' anyone on the phone isn't appropriate and isn't going to get you anywhere.
    Given that this you've waited 11 months I think you'd be better off accepting you've left it too long to make an effective complaint and accept you're not going to get the headset.
