None of these 'Cards' will cover Pre-existing conditions in their Travel Insurance package. You need to get a quote for Travel insurance according to you Medical condition.0

As Voyager has previously commented re: NatWest - in our case the 'free' travel insurance with my husband's Gold bank account covers us both for all of our pre-existing medical conditions.0

RBS though have changed the conditions on their Royalties account regarding travel insurance and anyone over 60 with any pre-existing condition even if it is under control by medication such as high blood pressure, will no longer be covered. I would imagine this card will be similar.
I have just found this out, I've been with them for 10 years and my daughter has an ear infection which is being treated but it says in the booklet to inform them, this I did and they said she would not be covered if it re-occurred while we were away, its a minor illness, I could understand if it would cost them a fortune to pay out for  . I shall be looking for other policies for next year's holiday and closing my RBS gold account when I get back.0
