Ive used it tonight. I got an email from ebay but hubby hasn't on his account, neither have some friends ive spoken too so think its only some people who are getting it. I have used ebay a great deal recently for xmas and the past 2 weeks selling quite a bit too.

It's targetted users only - not everyone is getting the offer.

I've received it on 3 of my accounts, but could only use the offer once against my paypal account - which is linked to all three.

Still, I've just bought a 1Gb USB memory stick for 1p, and the voucher covered the postal gouge from the seller!!

Steve - if you have the 3 email addresses from the ebay accounts linked to paypal, can you not use it three times? I imagine it's the ebay reference not the paypal account which recognises it. Just a thought.

The code is entered on the paypal page, rather than at the ebay checkout stage - therefore I assume the paypal account itself is tracking the voucher code, as well as matching it to "a targetted user" eBay account.

Once the code has been used on one paypal account, it looks like it is refusing to accept it again.

I've got another paypal account to play with, so I'll start swapping email address later tonight to see if I can use another voucher.
