Mine hasn't tracked from earlier in the week, I have never visited the A&L site before but didn't clear cookies, wish I had! I've had a confirmation letter but no security stuff yet from then so haven't deposited in it as yet.

Hi, can someone offer some adive to a moron!

I opened one of the A&L current account last week. I'd seen the quidco cashback deal but was in a rush last weekend sorting things out and, well, forgot to link via Quidco. Idiot that I am.

I've had the e-mail saying my appliation was succesful but nothing through the post. I assuming there's a cooling off period and I can cancel the account and reapply through Quidco. Can anyone give me some advice on this, would there be any problems??

I'm assuming they do a credit check when you apply so having that done again would be a negative.

Any reason why I can't canel and then apply again? Any help greatly appreciated. A possible £50 for something I want anyway would be nice!

I've been waiting since last August for my A+L to track with Quidco for £50. they have been chasing it since October. Really don't hold out much hope!!

Hi- Mine tracked about a week after I had received all the security stuff.
Pandster- I don't think they do credit checks on a savings account? And my cashback was £20 not £50

50.00 Cashback is Current Account opening incentive, 20.00 Cashback is E-Saver account opening incentive.

Has anyone had any successes chasing A&L cashback that didn't track? I am with Wepromiseto and cleared my cookies both times, but neither the e-saver nor current account tracked and both accounts have been in regular use for months now. Have raised tickets but wondered if it was worth chasing A&L.
