Vodafone - new sim via website

Ordered a new Sim on the pay monthly plan last night, anyone know how long it takes for a credit check and to send the email confirming delivery details?

Will be going mad without my mob for a few days

Hey eyelinerprincess,

If you've ordered a SIM/contract from our online store, the credit check can be performed and processed normally the next working day and the order should then be with you within 3 to 5 working days.

If it's a pay monthly contract, we could have a look on our system to see what the status of the application is.

We'd need you to e-mail us using the Vodafone online contact us form here. If you could include the order number which should be in the confirmation e-mail that we sent. Also if you have any mobile number/account number details and your full name and address, we can search that way too for the new account.

There is also the option, for quickness, to call us from any mobile or landline on 08700 700191 for customer services or 08700 770020 for the e-care online team.

Well it's now Wednesday, I ordered on Sunday night, the credit check was only just done yesterday according to CS, and I still haven't received the email confirming my delivery address. Not very happy.
