[B]V21, slow, anyone else having same problem?[/B]

We recently moved from wanadoo to V21. Unfortunately it's not living up to it's 1mbbs and technical support have been less than helful, it's also expensive to call them.

Any one have recommendations for a better provider offering unlimited, not capped, downloads?
