i'm on freenetname, they have just increased my usage to 5gb/month, i get a free .co.uk domain, and 2mb broadband for £18 http://www.freenetname.co.uk/

e7even have a special offer - 2M connection uncapped for £10 per month.
This also includes a free .uk domain name registration and hosting, plus free static ip address.
This offer ends July 13th though.
You need to sign up for a year in advance (and pay a £50 connection fee) or if you pay 2 years in advance you get free connection too.
