o2 simplicity and trade in query

Options
hi there

do o2 shops still offer trade in of an old mobile phone if you buy a pay as you go phone? also are they able to offer the online sim only deals in store, and if so can they set you up there and then with your new simplicity sim card.

also with the o2 online tariff are you able to see online how many remaining minutes and text you have left for the month, at any given time ?

many thanks

  • Can't answer the first bit about trade-in, I'm afraid but when I tried to get the Simplicity deal in-store I could have it, but I wouldn't get the free calls to other O2 numbers - so I declined the offer and bought online.

Yes, you can check online as to how many texts/minutes you've used - it does tend to be about a day out of date but I think that's general.
  • o2 stores do still do trade ins, £10 is the norm
