Hi,
Purchased an orange PAYG phone for my daughter last March from the orange store.
It has gone faulty - it keeps rebooting and losing her settings & ringtone etc.
What are my rights?
The store want £20 to send it back to Nokia for them to have a look/repair it etc.
It is within a years guarantee.
Many thanks.

what shop have you been to?
the only thing i can think of is when we send a phone for repair it says
warranty (within 6m FOC)
warranty (after 6m £15)
carphone warehouse will repair for free and one near me is within 24hours. check if you have one with a repair centre nearby
just for curiosity what handset is it?Yes Your Dukeiness0 -
Not sure - it is a pink one - the same as Stacy uses in Eastenders LOL
Maybe it was £15 - can they charge this figure?
It was purchased from the orange store in Southend.0
