Please be warned that the battle of the formats for the replacement to the humble DVD looks like it is being won by the Blu Ray disk and therefore for HD DVD it will soon be game over.
See for instance a recent article in The Times or The Economist.
You may find one day that you cannot get what you want in HD DVD, and therefore I would recommend Blu Ray, but maybe waiting for a while.0 -
