Vodaphone pay as you go help!

:confused: Hi guys really need your help but dont laugh at my misfortune right!? I have a vodaphone pay as you go sim card i dont use that much in fact i didnt use it for some time - i think maybe about 4/5 months. I turned it on the other day and it said "sim card registration failed". I panicked because i didnt know my phone number but thought vodaphone could trace it via the sim card number or my postcode - apparemtly they cant as they say my sim has been removed from the network. Whats worse my phone has £239 in credit (dont laugh!) What can i do!!???? I know the rule about making a call every 180 days or they disconnect you but im almost certain it wasnt that long. Even if it was surely they have records of how much money i had in the phone and can they reconnect it after this period?

I have wrote a letter to vodaphone with the sim card asking them to investigate. does any phone wizards know here if they will be able to trace my number/records through sim card number - surely? I'm sure if this sim card was found at a murder scene they would be able too! Surely they can?

I need your help here guys - what are my rights? What exactly is the term and condintions of having a pay as you go sim as i cant find them and do you think Vodaphone will be able to help?

    Vodafone should be able to help you if you give them your registered name&address,password,imei no.etc.
    There T&C state: Where the mobile eqpt is suspended or disconnected because you have not chosen to use the service for a period of 180 days,they will on request and reconnection to the service recredit tops held on your at the time of suspension or disconnection. Good luck.
