    i am knackered. Was ill all last week and had this weekend to recover, but still don't feel 100%. Helped a friend move into a new flat, which involved me dismantling the bed that was already in his room and moving it to another room in the house to reassemble it, and then help him build his new flatpack bed while he was hungover and feeling squiffy. Quite good fun really, like a giant puzzle.
