  • if i would do 2 things if i was you, one would be to request my credit file of experian & the other would be to make sure i recieve a letter which states the contract is over with no financial penalties to yourself,

After the fiasco they have put you through i`d like to make sure they have`nt affected your credit rating, If they have you can request them to remove all offending marks from it as agreed
  • Yeah I'm already registered with Experian so I will be checking that when I get home tonight....

Good idea on requesting it in writing, I guess I should've done that when I rang, but I'll give them a couple of days and see if I get anything in the post and then I'll ring them back.
