how to use mms/pic messaging

Hello all
I have read my phone's manual and been on manufacturers website but i still cant work out how to use picture messaging...hm...
the phone(sony ericsson k800i) asked for account and server details and i cant remember what i put but i guess i got them wrong, and now i dont know how to get back to sort it or what the correct settings are
any help much appreciated
