For some odd reason today, the offers were very limited BUT it allowed me to print off 5 :eek: of whatever i wanted. No total spend coupons at all so something wrong with the software somewhere.
Anyway......I have 5 of the 1000 points Dreamland Leccy blanket ones (i know some folks were having trouble getting them)....all expire 19th February.
Obviously, they are named but if you need one of these still let me know

Note: Just noticed they also have the last digits of my Adv Card along the botom....does this mean they are no longer transferable?

I once said this to a group of 4 young men who tried to jump the queue and get in the first taxi at Christmas outside Boots Liverpool. There must have been 100 people standing in the rain and I was first in the queue. They suddenly didn't seem so hard any more with everyone laughing at them. I had an order from day 1 accepted, then being processed, then confirmed by phone, then cancelled after the items I bought had re-appeared online again TWICE, so their system is not exactly working efficiently.0 -

I had the same problem today too. No total spend vouchers, really annoying as I actually HAD to spend over £20 today! ( okay maybe not really HAD TO!:rotfl: )0 -

Oh thats not my question by the way!... Question is.... Have many of you received items which were dirty, cracked and broken packaging? Some of the items are in a terrible condition that I couldn't possibly give away as gifts!
Has anyone else had the same problem? Do you think it's worth complaining? Or do you think I should just accept that is what you can expect from items reduced by 75%? What do you think?
Just a quick update.... I decided to give boots.com a call regarding damaged/ dirty items i received in my order and also complained about orders not being sent when ordered.
At first the cs lady i spoke to was very nice but wanted to speak to her manager to decide what to do. She advised me to return the items that were soiled etc to a store or back to boots.com then they would issue me with a refund.
I said i wasn't happy as I would not be able to purchase those items again at the price i've paid for them and suggested they came up with an alternitive. She disappeared again and then came back with "keep the products and they would add £25:00 woth of points to my advantage card".
I accepted but said i was still unhappy with the service i had received and hoped that these mistakes etc would not happy again in the future.
Hope this helps people.... Go on, complain You've got nothing to lose and lots more points to gain! lol0 -
