Does anyone know how long it usually takes to receive a reply from Boots Online CS? I emailed them on Tuesday and got the automated reply almost immediately, but have heard nothing since.

Dotchas, the £5off Roc voucher should work ok with a £5 skincare voucher, because it's a manufacturers voucher. I can't believe you still have these. I used mine ages ago

RE 17: I bought 2x nail polish, came to just over £5 and got free silver bag ( this offer has ended though) + free wipes (voucher wouldn't scan but SA still let me have the wipes:D ) +100points with mag voucher. Other peeps have bought a mascara and got an eye shadow free (new offer) +free wipes. Even if the mascara costs less than £5 the till thinks you have spent over £5, because it includes the price of the free eye shadow as your total spend.

RE Botanics free mini: I bought the body bar for 2.50 and got a free mini body wash worth 2.00. As Botanics is on Buy 1 get 1 1/2 price the till takes off 1/2 the price of the cheapest item + it deducts the price of the freebie. Example: body bar 2.50, mini 2.00 - 1.00 - 2.00 total to pay =1.50 HTH:D

I emailed them on Sunday and had a response on Tuesday. Think I will phone them on Monday though, I only had a standard 'scripted' response to my comments.

Ooh, ooh! Boots sent me the Valentine's Day and Mother's Day promotional leaflets today and there are a coupkle of things I want!! I know it's too much to hope that the stuff advertised will be available whilst the No7 3-for-2 is still on, but a girl can dream!

The Mother's Day booklet has details on the back of a L'Oreal freebie WYS £15 on L'Oreal Dermo-Expertise. It's starting on January 30th and looks really nice! YAY!
