I got two lip screens and the powder for £5.75. The SA said it wouldn't work but I asked her to try and it went through. She still wasn't going to let me have it but I stood my ground and she eventually did but was not happy.

Have a look in your clearnace section as i got a umberto shampoo reduced to £2 so after i used the 250 points coupon they paid me 50p to take it off there hands! And there was plenty reduced on the shelf!

sometimes boots online are quick with a reply othertimes not.. i have had replies in days.. this time i waited over a week then emailed again, they always say they have sent it and "are sorry you didnt receive it.. we are unsure why!" lol
