E2SAVE Clearance delays

Last night I took the plunge and purchased a clearance phone and O2 contract from the E2save website.....and during the checkout process the phone was to be delivered Tuesday 22nd.
I have now received an email saying that due to demand there may be a 7-14 delay delay at most but I would be prioritised....

this is very frustrating and is not satisfactory as I need the phone asap ...

what are my legal rights to cancel the order given that I have not yet received the goods etc -and what action,if any, should I take?

Thanks

Distance selling regulations mean you can cancel the order if you want to. See here for details:

If I were you I'd steer clear of e2save as their cashback process is known to be fraught with difficulty and there are many postings on here about their dreadful performance in this area.

I am in the same situation. They emailed me saying that the the phone i ordered is not available and will take"7-19" days.Called them and they offered another handset on same terms.Order has been dispatched as per their text message.

Did you go via Quidco so that you could get £36.50? If so, telephoning them and changing the handset would probably cancel the rebate out?

Was the other handset offered another "clearance phone" or a new one??????
