Have you considered a Host file - www.mvps.org/winhelp2002/hosts.htm

In fact spybot also comes with its own host file, it just requires enabling.

The hosts file is OK but suffers the same issue as openDNS, if the perosn you're trying to stop knows what they;re doing it's easy to get round.

If you have Vista (you know the rubbish OS that doesn't do anything better than XP!) then it has some nice parental controls built in. You can set limits to when a user can log on, set general web filtering (including specific sites), limit what games can be played according to the bbfc classification and block use of specific programs. It can also log all activity by the user.
It's my problem, it's my problem
If I feel the need to hide
And it's my problem if I have no friends
And feel I want to die
