Help !!! Samsung unlocking

I took my Samsung SGH S401i to be unlocked by cable, however the PC was saying task complete, but when insering a different sim card, the phone said Sim card invalid? any help appreciated, thank you in advance

Go back to whoever did the unlocking and get them to check what they have done. If they've made a mistake surely they will put things right wont they?0

When you inserted the original sim into your phone did you fiddle with the settings so that if you put in a new sim card the phone would lock itself and not work? Just a thought as I know that samsung phones have such settings.0

what horace is talking about is a sim lock and a sim pin, that would be the case if no other sim even for the original network (and based on the fact its an i-mode handset the original network would be o2) would not work.
best to try with another o2 sim and a different network sim that you know works and then you know what you are dealing withthings arent the way they were before, you wouldnt even recognise me anymore- not that you knew me back then
