It's a Huchison Cellular Services routing problem, one of their servers is blocking connection to DS for some Orange + 3 3G users, those are the only 2 I know for sure, tho' someone on DS has posted the same problem with their AOL.
Here's my VisualRoute info from yesterday:
http://www.zombiemetgirl.com/odds/wwwdigitalspycouk.php
Apparently Pipex is affected as well, looks like Huchinson Cellular Ltd provides a routing service for quite a few major networks then.
I can go through the problem Huchinson server 194.35.183.93 to any other site, just not DS.
DS have said that their network suppliers are experiencing routing difficulties with one of the networks they peer with.
hmm - It's strange that this particular network server can route to anywhere apart from them!
I wonder whether someone at DS forgot to put a shilling in the meter!
Can we confirm this - if anyone else can do a traceroute and see if they're blocked at 194.35.183.93?
From a command prompt, paste or type in:
tracert www.digitalspy.co.uk

I seem to be blocked at 71.151.225.0/1, I'm on Talktalk.
I'm blocked at 78.151.225.0/1 as well for https://www.xara.com"She is quite the oddball. Did you notice how she didn't even get excited when she saw this original ZX-81?"

http://www.freeproxyserver.net was also mentioned earlier in the thread.
They both seem to work as well as each other, both with annoying glitches when posting on DS.
Using ' gives an extra \ character when posting, someone gave me a tip on that, use ` instead (left of the 1 key).
You also have to reload pages to see new posts.
As you said tho' - saves the withdrawal! heh0 -
and at 5.30pm, this is still being posted:-
Yesterday (Saturday 19th January) we had reports that some people are having problems accessing the site. We have been told by our network supplier that one of the networks they peer with is having routing problems. This means that if you are also connected to that network that Digital Spy may not be as available as it should be.
As of Sunday 20th January, we are still doing all we can to resolve this issue. We apologise for any inconvenience this might cause and rest assured that our network team are trying to solve this as I type this.

Routing problems as in, 'we're not gonna route to your network unless you pay the £10,000 you owe us!' lol J/K
Sure is a lengthy fix tho'.0 -
