Orange PAYG questions

Hi, I got 2 free Orange SIMs thanks to this site. Where on them does it have the mobile no as I am either being thick (no need to comment) or can't see where it is? There's a barcode SIM no under their sticker and some nos on the actual SIM but none of them are 07 etc.

Also what's Orange's reception like in London/SE London (if anyone's in the area) as am stopping using T Mobile as it's dire around here.

Finally does the movie wednesday thing work fine? Do you have to text hours before to get your code and can you only text on the wed itself?

One way to find the number is to use it to ring another phone and see what comes up on the screen.

That is assuming the sim came with credit on it as did the one that Virgin sent me.

The number will be allocated when you call up to activate the card.
The details with it should give you a 0800 number to call.
As for the coverage, i've not used the orange network in the South East

You need to register the SIM by ringing 0800 0790 006 and your new number will then be allocated. Think up a password and a PIN number before ringing, as these will be needed for security checks if you every call them again.

I would normally text for Orange Wednesdays in the morning, but it is instant, but have been occasions where the texts are delayed.

Probably use for orange weds only as they charge per minute per call, so min charge is 15p for a few secs! Plus they gave me a no I'll never remember. They said to send a MMS it must be under 49.99kbs or it costs 50p, not 30p. I just snap with a K750i - how do I tell how many kbs a photo is (what's the standard)? Thanks....that's more than the other networks for MMS isn't it?

You should be able to see the file size if you select More then Info when viewing one of your pictures. The file size depends on the resolution that the camera is set to.
