Does anyone have a screenprint of the '3' 18 month half price deal ( 9 months ago )
Options
I signed up with 3 last March. It was an 18 month contract. Choice of phones, I took a reconditioned Motorola Razor. Something like 850 free mins per month plus 100 odd texts.Deal was normal price £35 per month but reduced to half price ie £17.50 per month for the full 18 months. This is what the screen said and I also double checked on the phone before signing up. This is the 10th month billing and suddenly I'm being charged the full £35 p.m. 3 are saying it was 9 months half price then reverted to full. This wasn't the deal advertised on their website that I signed up to but I didn't take a screen dump.
Does anyone remember this offer ? and (with more foresight than me) take a screen print that they could post on here ? 3 are saying 'tough' if I can't prove it. Many Thanks.

Had same prob after 6 months, called CS (India) call centre, explained it all...sorted
They simply applied a credit to my account for £200 something to cover it. So now sorted. No need for screen shot.0 -
A few people seem to be having these problems with 3 and the 18 month half price deals - I don't know if it will work but try those webpage archiving sites - you may be able to pull off the old page.

An update in case it helps anyone else.
I'm twelve months into the contract not the nine I thought. Rang 3 on Sunday, they said they'd investigate and call back within three working days. No call received so called just now. A credit will be applied to my account in Feb for £105 plus VAT ( £17.50 * 6 ) so hopefully I'm sorted. So 3 do seem to be making this mistake, but if you call they will rectify it.0
