Cheapest W580i on pay an go?

Hello, can anyone help me find a W580i for my daughter, preferably on 02 as cheap as poss please? She's been on 02 for afew years and really doesn't want to change her number but only has £100 to spend. I've seen this phone on Play.com for £99 but it was on Orange.

Do any of the phone shops on the high street still offer cashback if you take your old phone in or anythign like that?
