Looking for a 12" laptop

Hi, I'm looking for a 12"-14" laptop basically all I really need it for is surfing the net wirelessly but dont want to spend a fortune. Having had a look around smaller screened laptops seam to be more expensive £500+ which to be honest is out of my price range. I'm looking at a max of around £300-400 is it possible to get hold of one for this?
