South Yorkshire WI's are collecting old bra's to raise money for the Yorkshire Air Ambulance service as it is to be based in Sheffield
  • I have read this thread and can see you are all thinking womens things.

You seem not to realise how much us men could do with an old bra.
Why not cut the nipp;e out and use them as a funnel? or strain you ship fat oil through them? ( are they water proof and would oil srain)
Or use them as a filter to put over your face while sanding down the old paint work? ( just hope you can breath through them)
Or sticth the 2 cups together stuff and let the kids play with it as a rugby ball. Even give that one away as a chrissy present.

Not sure how soft they are just wondering if they could be stuffed and use to wash thecar with?

    Ladies,

While we're on the subject, does anybody know a way of buying, um, large bras at reasonable prices? I'm a 32FF-G and none of the cheapie places, i.e. George at Asda etc, go up that big! The lowest price for non-sale bras in my size I can find is £21 each (at Bravissimo, the excellently-named specialist shop!)

Don't know if anyone else has mentioned this as I've not worked right through the thread yet, but as a 32dd/e I would reccomend

they've got great sizes and really cheap for us funny sized folk,HTH.xxx
