    I would buy an external hard disk. It may seem like a bit more money but it has one good worthwhile 'side effect' when you copy from your old PC you are effectively creating a backup

    If you upload and download large files it will take forever and could send you over your usage limit with the ISP.
    I dont see the point when the solution is so much simpler.
    You can buy a USB pen for less than a tenner in argos or a hard drive for £50.
