No, but my fear is that they'll drag it out until the weekend and then pull out or something. My buyer's first contact being "I've got a problem..." is hardly encouraging for a newbie seller.

Perhaps, but you shouldn't let it put you off.

Your buyer has a good feedback record, so the chances are they are being legit when they say that they will pick it up by the end of the week.

If they do mess you around and don't come by the end of the week, then just start a Non Paying Bidder Dsipute, leave them a Neg and do a Second Chance Offer to the next highest bidder.
