Any Decent Contracts ... HELP ?!?!?

OK at the moment i am on THREE - talk and text 1100 (600mins & 400 texts - £5 downloads, 50MMS)

I am currently paying £45 per month and have a SONY ERICCSON W850i (was paying £22.50 for 9 months due to a !!!! up on their part)

I want to be on a 12 month contract !!

The renewal deals they are offering me are really not up to scratch. They have offered me for £35 for 12 months - 750 mins and 600 texts although i really dont need that many texts as most of my usage is via calls. They want £120 for the LG Viewty though and i dont want to pay for a phone, although they will give me the W910 for free ...

I would like to stay with them as i use my phone to access the internet using opera mini and the £5 add on comes in very handy, however i am not too bothered if i leave and have to pay £7.50 somewhere else.

O2 have some decent deals on

I am interested mainly in the:
LG Viewty,
Sony Ericcson W910i
Sony Ericcson W960i
although i am open to offers - dont really want a nokia as they have always gone wrong for me and i find them quite slow

I dont mind going through a cashback deal if need be.

Important factors to me are:

12 month contract
Free Phone
Keeping my number
Cheap As Possible !!
