    i've not had any extra payment what a shame!! but i do sometimes get it on a friday instead of monday not very often though.

    thats the case then we have put down much more than we should of as my husband went self employed only 5 months ago and most of the money he has earned has gone on equipment for the business.

    What should I do then. WFTC are aware that he is self employed though,

  • If you need to change your current year estimated incomes just give them a call to change it.

    Yes this seems to be happening quite a bit just now, it is just the time of year - I think TCO are trying to enocourage people to give an estimate of their current year income to save overpayments/underpayments when it comes to the annual renewal period.

  • Fair enough but this is the reason for about 75% of one off payment enquiries to the helpline. The other reason could be a change of circumstance - eg change of working hours, income, childcare provider etc. Any change other than address and bank details will cause a recalculation of award.
